We manufacture physical PCBs from prototype to series production. We build boards for defence industry projects, school and university projects and R&D work, with component assembly (PCBA) available on request. We work in three distinct flows: manufacturing a finished design, re-manufacturing a board you already have, and turning an idea into a circuit from scratch.

How we work

  • PCB manufacturing: prototype or series production from your Gerber files, with component assembly (PCBA) on request.
  • Reverse engineering: we trace the circuit of your existing board, redraw its schematic and PCB layout, and manufacture it again. This service is offered only for boards you own or are authorised to reproduce.
  • Design and firmware from scratch: we design the circuit for your idea from the ground up: schematic, component selection, PCB layout, manufacturing and embedded software.

Highlights

  • One process from prototype to series production
  • Delivery with component assembly (PCBA) as an option
  • Re-manufacturing of boards whose schematic or production files are not available, through reverse engineering
  • Design from schematic to firmware in one place
  • Pricing and lead time sent by e-mail on request

Technology

Schematic design, component selection, PCB layout and production from Gerber output; SMT assembly (PCBA), panelization and prototyping; embedded software for the microcontroller where the product needs it.

Quotes and orders

Requests are taken through the form on the PCB order page. Choose the request type and send your Gerber files, photos of the board or a short description; we reply by e-mail.

Note: images are illustrative and do not show any real customer board.

For a prototype, or a new run of an old board you already have, you can open a request on the order page.
